Leprechaun - GO!
Someone like Guinness or Budweiser could sponsor it and tie into Saint Patrick's Day festivities. Say release a Leprechaun randomly every half-hour over a geographic area - like a city.
Think this would be a hit. If someone wants to write the code, sell the idea to the beer company - I'd be willing to split the profits.
