- Jonathan Turley on Justice Jackson's dissent on Affirmative Action. She getting close to being known as the Affirmative Action Justice.
- Ranking the best and worst brand reputations in 2023. Not sure if I agree with this poll. Seems like the sort of thing that would make ESG a real thing.
