- Boxing champ Max Schmeling dies at the age of 99 I always liked both Max and Joe Louis. I found it very interesting that the world tried to use their fights as propaganda yet they became good friends.

- Rumsfeld offered to resign - twice. Bush says "you're my man." I like them both twice as much now. Historians will look at the liberation of Afghanistan and Iraq and will place Rumsfeld at the top all-time list of Secretaries of Defense.
