Whither Louisiana Lightning?

With all the devastation in Louisiana - has anyone heard anything from Ron Guidry? I hope he's all-right. He would have been the natural spokesperson to ask Red Sox and Yankee fans for money for disaster relief. Even though he's a Yankee - Guidry is like Don Mattingly in that Red Sox Nation still respects the man.
