2009 MLB Predictions

Here are some predictions for the 2009 baseball season.

1. 2009 will be the year a pitcher from the Mets finally pitches a no-hitter

2. Matt Wieters will get injured in AAA when the Orioles attempt to stash him early in the season in an effort to delay his arbitration eligible years. Wieters won't be available for the Orioles until after the All-Star break because of the injury.

3. The Orioles finish last in the AL East (see above)

4. Jason Giambi finishs the season with more HR than Mark Teixeira

5. The Yankees finish the season with a worse record than last year, give Joe Girardi a multi-year extension and then fire him
