FBI May Have Interfered in 2020 Election

New documents show FBI Director Christopher Wray in August 2020 had documents showing the Chinese communists created fake ID's to cast fake mail in ballots for Joe Biden and hid the fact. Wray then testified that he knew of no plots of foreign interference in the election.

Reminder Christopher Wray did not receive a Presidential pardon on Joe Biden's way out the door. Throw the book at him!

Conspirators in Their Own Words

VDH with some of the outright lies from the past 5-years. He uses the word "projection" which I think is key.

Almost at every major accusation - whether it be "Russian Collusion" or "January 6th" - if you turned the investigation on those making accusations you would have found the guilty. They were projecting their own misdeeds on their political enemies.

Keep that in mind for all future MSM accusations.

Wisconsin - the Fraud State

Special Counsel finds "Widespread Election Fraud" in nursing homes during 2020 election. This should be a much bigger story nationally.

Not only is this election fraud - this is also elder abuse. If the nursing home staff doesn't blink at taking an elderly person's right to vote - how else are they being mistreated? What is it with the Democratic Party and nursing homes?

Quotes for Today

Some quotes that I hope may resonate with you.

"Writing is like prostitution. First you do it for love, and then for a few close friends, and then for money." - Moliere

"Love me when I least deserve it, because that's when I really need it." - Spanish proverb

"Subordinating your ego is the ultimate form of self-confidence." - Jocko Willink

"Nothing says, 'This was a perfectly normal election, and now it's time to come together as a united nation,' like having your swearing-in behind 12-foot-high razor wire surrounded by 25,000 troops whose loyalty you doubt." - Glenn Reynolds

"I feel a great comfort and relief knowing that there were others who lived and died and thought and fought so long ago; I feel less tyrannized by the present day." - Iggy Pop

"Authority has always attracted the lowest elements in the human race. All through history mankind has been bullied by scum." - P.J. O'Rourke

"The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously." - Hubert Humphrey

Flotsam and Jetsam

Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

Outside of the lockout season (2004-2005) this will be the first season in NHL history that the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens do not play each other in the regular season. I think this sucks!... If you added the three words, "Harry Potter and..." in front of any scientific paper - you'd automatically make that paper 100% more interesting to read... New Mexico walks back from "free" college tuition promise - can no longer afford it. You will see many State promises "walked back" in the months to come as the reality of the drop in tax revenue becomes a reality (been saying that for a while)... Used Sushi would be a good name for a band... A "quantum leap" in general vernacular is used to denote a huge jump forward but shouldn't it be used to denote a tiny change instead? The quantum world itself is beyond microscopic... President Trump on election fraud. Must watch...

Stuff I found interesting or amusing and thought I'd share.

- A doctor on 9 things that could go wrong with the new vaccines. My worry is that #3 and #9 somehow get combined.

- After the pandemic, a pile of IOU's. The pandemic has caused $12 TRILLION in new debt worldwide.

- Cool - Cell signaling technologies. This could easily be hosted at an art gallery.

- John le Carre has passed aged 89. The Russia House is an under-rated book of his and his The Tailor of Panama his most fun.

The American Medical Association rescinds previous statement against prescription of hydroxychloroquine.  Did the science change or the political situation?

- "This is obviously not good" is the understatement of the decade

Flotsam and Jetsam

Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

50,000 medical and public health scientists and practitioners have signed the Great Barrington Declaration. Aren't we supposed to be listening to the scientists?... Heh Heh... You know what's a cool nickname that deserves to be brought back - the name Speed. You never hear anyone called Speed anymore... Funny because it's true!... Weed and Hot Sauce would be a good name for a band... President Trump got a big ovation at the Army/Navy game yesterday... The differences between generations - growing up COD meant "cash on delivery" but now it means Call of Duty. Also back then LBJ was a President not a basketball player. Now get off my lawn... So Elon Musk announces his move to Texas and now Oracle has announced they are moving their HQ from California to Austin. California is quickly going to run out of other people's money... Also funny because it's true...

Top 5 - What's Next?

Let's assume for a minute that Joe Biden is the President-elect and will assume the office in January 2021. What's next for the country and Donald Trump? Here's my Top 5 predictions:

1. Donald Trump will announce he's running in 2024. There's certain protections and financial benefits to being a candidate for federal office and the Donald will avail himself of them. Trump will hold massive rallies around the country and build a massive campaign war-chest while doing so. Don't be surprised if most of these rallies are in places with weak Democratic Congressmen or States Trump carried with Democratic Senators up for re-election in 2022. This will greatly effect the balance of power in Congress as many vulnerable Democrats will tilt their votes center/right in order to get re-elected. This at the same time will stifle any Progressive Democratic agenda for at least the next two-years.

2. Trump will not actually run in 2024. He will be up there in age and I'm not even sure if he likes the job. The Republican nominee will be Mike Pence.because that's who Trump will throw his weight behind. Nobody gets to be the Republican nominee in 2024 without Trump's endorsement. My guess is Mike Pence's running mate will be either Nikki Haley, Richard Grenell, or Ted Cruz.

3. Trump will create a media empire. He will make Oprah look like a piker. A TV channel, perhaps exclusive streaming rights to his rallies, podcasts, radio, and other media. Trump may even put in a bid to buy CNN. And the anger about what has happened during this election will feed the interest. And Trump will be sure to keep that anger stoked (rightly so).

4. Trump in conjunction with Senator Lindsey Graham will not leave a single Federal judgeship unfilled prior to Inauguration Day. In fact you may actually see them convince some older judges to resign in order to install younger judges in their place. The Federal Judiciary will be Trump's biggest legacy.

5. Once Biden is in office you'll surely see a stream of commercials from different vendors on how gold is a great investment and hedge against a downturn in the economy. It will be a barrage of commercials and advertisements.

Flotsam and Jetsam

Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

Perhaps the phrase that best describes the 2020 Presidential election is, "Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad." The reason I believe this is because one side from the ultra-fringe from either the Democrats or Republicans  is definitely going to go insane when the results are finalized and their actions will destroy themselves and their cause... Jesus on Black Friday (going to hell for this)... If you watch the movie To Kill a Mockingbird backwards it is the story of a black man brought back from the dead to break up some furniture... "Loki Never Forgets an Insult" would make a great Trump 2024 campaign slogan... Periodic reminder to Steelers fans - your team lost playoff games to both Blake Bortles and Tim Tebow.. Prior to the second day of the Battle of Stirling the Scots knelt and prayed. King Edward II saw this and assumed the Scots were praying for mercy from the English. The Scots were actually praying to beg forgiveness for what they were about to do to the English...

Flotsam and Jetsam

Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

How can a winner of the Presidential Election be declared by anyone when just 8 states have certified their votes?  If this were an NFL game we'd be a little more than half way through the first quarter... Theo Epstein steps down as President of the Chicago Cubs. He spent 9-years on that job just like he spent 9-years in Boston... If James Harden is traded to Brooklyn then the Houston strip clubs will be hardest hit... Most States have until December 8th to certify their votes. You wonder if some of the delay is being caused because certain folks know they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar... Many people are wondering what Theo Epstein will do next with many speculating about taking over the Mets. Personally I wouldn't be surprised to see Theo take a different path. I could see him teaching classes at Stanford or Harvard while making millions from speaking fees and perhaps a book...

Flotsam and Jetsam

Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

If a book is ever written about the fuckery involved in the 2020 Presidential Election vote counting - a perfect title for the book would be Turds for Sale... Heh Heh - After wiping out half of the universe Thanos calls for "unity"... "Party Discipline" may be the two worst and most destructive words in American politics. Elected officials should vote on what's best for the people they represent - not what's best for their Party... In my opinion - Walter in The Big Lebowski is the most unlikable character in any Coen Brothers movie. Period... True - you can't unsee this...

Flotsam and Jetsam

Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

The NFL Sunday Ticket is in a death spiral in local bars. None of the ones I know who have it will be re-upping next season. That will leave just the big chains like Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters. Will that be enough for that product to survive? Fewer and fewer are getting it at home too it seems... Got a little dusty watching this... "Trust but verify." - Ronald Reagan... I'll never not read the word "caucus" as "cactus." Think my brain is convinced that the Iowa Cactus just sounds like a much better thing... "No, No - just trust us." - Democratic Party poll workers...  Still perhaps my favorite political Tweet... If Budweiser is the King of Beers then Michelob Ultra is the Tofu of Beers... The Latin phrase Gradatim Ferociter (Step by Step Ferociously) would have made a great yearbook quote...

Perils of Professors

The above clip is from the 1930 movie All Quiet on the Western Front. Professors and teachers molding young minds open to suggestion to accept the teachers opinions and ideology as fact have long been a danger. In early 20th century Germany it was appeals to the "Fatherland" and honor. The results were disastrous for Germany.

Likewise, in Imperial Japan professors and teachers exhorted students to give their all to defending the honor of their family, Japan and the Emperor. To do anything less would bring shame - something so horrible to their culture that many Japanese soldiers refused to believe the war was over and continued to fight in solitary on remote Pacific islands until the early 1970's. They couldn't believe Japan wouldn't fight to the last person because of the way they were brainwashed.

Today we are seeing similar perils of professors in our own culture. Critical Race Theory means the US is by nature racist. Never mind the strides we have made in the past fifty years. Never mind the fact that women have more rights today than ever before. Never mind that the US is one of the leaders in gay rights in the entire world. In the minds of many "educated" youths all old white men are tainted no matter even if their names happen to be George Washington or Abraham Lincoln.

When you look at who is participating in the rioting and looting in the liberal cities in flames these past few months - it is not the poor and downtrodden. It is mostly white children of privilege. Victims of brainwashing from their teachers just as the youth in Germany prior to World War I or the youth of Japan prior to World War II.

In many ways today's election is a referendum on these beliefs that have been systematically embedded in the minds of youths while at the same time saddling them with mountains of student debt. It is a system of beliefs founded on a bedrock of sand. And the foundations of those teachings are hopefully crumbling.

Flotsam and Jetsam

Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

Why is it that the people who consider themselves the most ardent "environmentalists" seem to also have the most political signs on their lawns? Don't they see see the irony?... Heh Heh...  Why do people call cocaine "blow"? Shouldn't it be called "snort"? Blow is literally the opposite of how the drug is consumed (Stevie Nicks being the exception that proves the rule)... This is why Elon Musk is awesome... The name the Washington Football Team is growing on me to the point that I think the Washington Bullets Wizards and Washington Senators Nationals should also change their names to the Washington Basketball Team and Washington Baseball Team. The Capitals can stay with their same name... Just saying but when individually Jack Nicklaus and Bobby Orr endorsed Donald Trump many sportswriters were quick to bemoan that their heroes couldn't keep silent for just a few more days but when frequent ESPN contributor and well-known rapper Lil' Wayne made the same endorsement - the predominantly white sportswriter found themselves oddly silent. They won't see the irony either...
