Stuff I found interesting or amusing and thought I'd share.

-Retired couple spends almost 500 days at sea doing 51 cruises because it was cheaper than a retirement home

- Interesting video from podcaster Allison Morrow. Hope she sues the State of Washington for everything she can.

- England set to ban cell phones in schools. Wonder if this will also decrease the overall grade point average as cheating is made harder or increases homeschooling as option as it is made more attractive to students.

- Russ Francis has passed away aged 70. Very sad news.

Stuff I found interesting or amusing and thought I'd share.

- The upcoming 5G confusion. Good primer on why 5G phones should come with a serious caveat emptor warning.

Quality and effort. Good advice.

- Interesting analysis of the Democratic field. Only problem - he left off Tulsi Gabbard who has the best chance to be the Democrats' "star"

- Your periodic reminder of things you control.

- How to exercise when its the last thing you want to do.

- Heh Heh - what's the worst that could happen?

Stuff I found interesting or amusing and thought I'd share.

- Interesting - was the White House behind the leaks of Hillary using a private email server? Explains why the story went to the NYT instead of a right-leaning news outlet.

- Speaking of Obama - Bad Paintings of Barack Obama always brings a smile (hit refresh button for new paintings). This classic remains my favorite.

- The first cellphone went on sale 30-years ago today. At a price tag of $4,000 it was very much a status symbol. Makes me wonder if some douchebags used to have people call them while at a play or other public function just so people would notice that said douchebag had a "mobile" phone.

- I would agree 100% with Rob Bradford's assessment of the Red Sox 25-man roster.

- There are two sides to every story but this profile from a couple of years ago of the Dalai Lama doesn't paint a very pretty picture.
