Milton Bradley
By now you have probably read that the Cleveland Indians have decided to trade Milton Bradley by Sunday. You have also probably read how Bradley is considered a cancer to any team lockerroom. I just wanted to add two observations about this situation.
First - when Danny Ainge made the trade that brought Ricky Davis to the Celtics all we heard was that Davis was an uncoachable, selfish, team cancer. The problem is - since he's been with the Celtics he's been the consummate team player. Who's to say the same wouldn't be true of Bradley?
Second - I think the most likely landing spot for Bradley will turn out to be Los Angeles. The Dodgers could offer Jason Romano for an even swap of centerfielders. Romano has been the Dodgers best hitter in spring training but they seem reluctant to give him a shot at the big league level for some reason.
