If the season ended today - the Red Sox and the Cubs would be the two Wild Card teams... At the end of May last year Kevin Brown had an ERA of 2.02. So far this year he has an ERA of 3.13. Last year at the end of May Roger Clemens had an ERA of 3.71. So far this year he was an ERA of 1.72. I think they both help prove the idea that the difference between the AL and NL is about 1 to 2 runs of ERA... I bet hell is a lot like being stuck in an elevator with Stephen A. Smith and Gilbert Godfried while they have an argument... From today's BostonSportsMedia.com - Yesterday on Dennis & Callahan, Bill Simmons was a guest and noted that as part of his new deal with ESPN.com he will have his own webpage there and do columns 2-3 times a week. This was not really followed up on by D&C... The Greek God of Walks - Kevin Youkilis and the Sony Walkman are the same age. Both made their debut in this world back in 1979...
